Performance
The goal for a investor is to beat the market, this means that we want to have a bigger performance than what the market is giving us, so this section is very important to measure that.
Portfolio Value

In this section you can see your portfolio performance among time, through a simple chart.
You can change the metric that you want to analyse by tapping the dropdown in the top left corner, in this case we have selected the "Total Gains" metric.
We have the portfolio returns calculations explained in the page bellow

You can also compare it with the SP500, or other index that you prefer:

Montlhy Returns
This is a very usefull chart to analyse your performance volatility, because you can end the year with 20% returns, but each month could have been a roller coaster.

You didn't have time yet to document all the math behind this chart, but we leave bellow the resources that we used to get there.

Metrics
Finnaly we have the metrics section that provides us the comparisons in the Portfolio Value section, but in numbers table, sometimes this can be easier to interpret than the chart.
We have the performance till the end of the period showed in the columns, for example the 1 month, represents the last month performance starting in the present today.
All time represents the performance since the first transaction in the portfolio, and the futures performance are also calculated from that first transaction date.
