What is a Portfolio?

Introduction

It's the bundle of all of your stocks/cryptos/etf's (assets), and allows you to see how they are performing.

Why create one?

The goal for a investor is to beat the market, so when creating our own portfolio we want to have a bigger performance than what the market is giving us, like the SP500 for example.

So if we don't know how much is our wealth growing, we don't have a clue if our investments are succeeding.
